 I led the development and delivery of Graco's Next Generation Controls Platform, completing this highly complex project in under 12 months. My role encompassed defining the strategic roadmap, driving technical innovation, and leading cross-functional global teams to modernize the platform’s architecture into a scalable, modular solution. Despite the technical complexity, I integrated advanced technologies such as Ethernet-APL, secure communication protocols, and configurable I/O modules, while ensuring compliance with key certifications like CE, FCC, ATEX, and IECEx. A significant challenge was fostering a cultural shift towards collaboration and agility within the organization, which I addressed by building alignment across diverse teams and adopting innovative methodologies. Overcoming these challenges positioned Graco’s controls platform as a cutting-edge solution, setting a new benchmark for efficiency, reliability, and Industry 4.0 readiness.
