Developed and implemented a Bluetooth-enabled solution to deliver real-time data insights & automated reporting capabilities for legacy products. Spearheaded BLE USB Dongle integration, enhancing customer experience through a mobile app for monitoring equipment health and usage trends. Partnered with major customers (e.g., Rivian, First Solar) to ensure a customer-centric approach and created the foundation for Graco’s legacy systems to become connected, data-driven solutions.
Connected Solution for Spray Guns
Drove innovations to improve the ergonomics and usability of paint Spray guns. Introduced sensor modules to track orientation, movement, and usage cycles, enabling painters to work more efficiently. Oversaw development of Bluetooth integration with a mobile application, enhancing user feedback capabilities and supporting safe, effective sensor use in the field.
Air-Operated Pump Health Monitoring
Developed sensor technology to monitor the health of air-operated pumps, identifying critical metrics such as flow rate, leakage, and air consumption. Collaborated with firmware and hardware teams to create a mobile app for real-time status updates, empowering customers with predictive maintenance data and contributing to reduced downtime and enhanced operational efficiency.
