Digital Transformation across the value chain
Challenge: Graco's Industrial Division needed to advance its digital capabilities to stay competitive and meet the evolving needs of its industrial customers. Legacy products were limited in connectivity and functionality and the existing product development process faced inefficiencies and delays, curtailing any growth potential.
Solution: As Divisional Director of Digital Transformation, I led major digital initiatives inclusive of auditing current state, creating a vision, building a roadmap and framework that helped drive strategy and create value throughout the entire value chain . This included developing a controls platform hardware, mobile and web apps and a scalable IoT foundation that connected devices to cloud services.
Results:
